I was wondering what would cause my eyes to change colors. When I was a baby I had dark blue eyes with a ring of light blue in the center and now they are a light grayish blue with a ring of yellow. Our family have freaky eyes. One boy has one eye that is half blue, half hazel. Not like wolf eyes, more like a shadow, only the hazel is on the bottom. My dad had hazel eyes with a round brown dot in one eye. The genetics experts say our eye color genes cannot decide what color is dominant. My grandpa, I am told, had violet blue eyes and very very white skin and black hair. I would have like to seen them. The pictures of him are all black and white.
I have brown eyes and I love them.
I think my dads side of the family has awesome eyes, his mom, my dad and my dads sister have ocean blue eyes, you could swear they all had special contacts in to make them look like that they are so bright.

If they go back and forth then your eyes are probably just reflecting colors(happens with light eyes). If you wear green or brown then your eyes will be green, if you wear like blue purple then they will be blue. Its not a bad thing, I love that my eyes change.

When I change eye color, I use the selection tool ( set to ellipse%26gt;feather 2) then I add a new layer and flood fill it with what ever color you want. I usually use a gradient, it just looks more real =) Then you can play around with the Blend Mode and opacity to get the look you are looking for =) You do the same thing with makeup or skin color. Just add a new layer, and color the parts you want to. then lower the opacity to where it looks more real.

The only way to change your eye color is to wear color contacts! You probably want to buy the color blend contacts (blends the color in with your original eye color). The results are natural looking and quite attractive! My friend got a mixture of a green/grey with her brown eyes, and the resulting color was this amazing kaleidescope color!

The green looks too unnatural and kind of freaky, lol. If you're going to change you're color, you should try something more subtle like black or hazel or maybe a darker brown. Good luck.

ANS had blue eyes. The baby has blue eyes. I haven't seen this Larry guy, but I'm betting he has blue eyes or one of his parents did.
Howard K. has brown eyes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only way the baby could be his if one of his parents had blue eye's, which doesn't seem likely considered his Jewish roots.
Therefore, you wouldn't even need a DNA test.

howard doesn't have brown eyes, but that doesn't matter because most babies have blue eyes during their first year of life. besides that, the baby could still end up with blue eyes, even if howard was the dad and he had brown eyes.
to further prove you wrong. jewish people have different eye colors. my grandmother has green eyes. i have green/gray hazel. my father has hazel. my neighbor has sea foam green...the list goes on.
if stern has brown eyes (heterozygous), then there's a 50% chance that baby will have blue eyes. bb (blue from ans) x Bb(brown heterozygous from stern) = bB (brown), bb (blue), bB (brown), and bb (blue). eye color is not a good way to determine genetics. stern parents could have hetero brown eyes so 3/4 chance stern would have brown eyes, but 1/2 chance he has hetero brown eyes.

All white babies have blue eyes. If the color were to change. it would be in the first year.
howard doesn't have brown eyes, but that doesn't matter because most babies have blue eyes during their first year of life. besides that, the baby could still end up with blue eyes, even if howard was the dad and he had brown eyes.
to further prove you wrong. jewish people have different eye colors. my grandmother has green eyes. i have green/gray hazel. my father has hazel. my neighbor has sea foam green...the list goes on.
if stern has brown eyes (heterozygous), then there's a 50% chance that baby will have blue eyes. bb (blue from ans) x Bb(brown heterozygous from stern) = bB (brown), bb (blue), bB (brown), and bb (blue). eye color is not a good way to determine genetics. stern parents could have hetero brown eyes so 3/4 chance stern would have brown eyes, but 1/2 chance he has hetero brown eyes.

i'm a licensed esthetician and make-up artist and for winter balls, outdoor winter events or just snowy days it works really well to wear a light color on the top lid that cordinates with your outfit and eye color.
but shiney white should only be applied on the lower inner lid .

My favorites for hazel eyes are apricot,purple,plum,deep khaki, or forest green, you can wear them subtly and they still look really good.
Yeah it would help your hazel eyes stand out but I think light purples would be better.
I like metallic colours, as they give a shimmer and shine to the eye. Peach sounds good. Maybe lining your eye with a medium brown colour will help contrast the look.

I'm in my 40's and have always been complimented on my light golden eyes. Within the last year, however, one of my eyes have darkened so I have one golden brown and one a darker brown. I use N.Y.C's Sparkling Eye Dust in Pink Champagne on my lids. Its so pretty. Then I line the inside rims of my eyelids with dark brown liner and use maybelline mascara. Dark Brown liner done on both the top and bottom lids . Once you apply the liner, smudge it soften the lines. then dark brown Mascara. Curl your eyelashes. I have pale blue eyes and this is what seems to make them pop. and it keeps you away from the horrible black liner raccoon eyes.
Brown shadow is a contrasting color to blue and it really makes blue pop, so try a brown liner (I always suggest pencils- liquid creates too harsh of a line). Use a lighter, tan shade on your lid (stay away from anything too gold or metallic) and the a dark shade in your crease to give your eye depth.

Eye color changes?
welly eyes are a mix of green and blue regularly but somtime during the year they change from the original color to either all blue or all green. I wanted to know why? Please let me know if you have the answer, Thanks!Eye color changes?
It has something to do with the sunlight during that time of year. Its kind of like when you go outside to tan in the summer, you are going to get darker (or in terms of eyes lighter) than if you were to tan in the same spot during the winter.Eye color changes?

mine are the same. it's to do with your eyes being a mixture of colours as opposed to being just blue, brown or green, etc. wearing certain colours or being in a certain light picks out a particular colour in your eyes and makes it seem that colour.
My cousins eyes do that. Mine are hazel but turn purely brown and purely green sometimes. Its technacly impossible fo me to have hazel OR brown eyes though... and its technacly impossible to be born with any color but blue eyes... if both of those are true i know ALOT of people who have impossible eyes including me... interesting q! i have no idea...

Ok, when I was a bit younger, my eyes used to be a really, really, bright blue. As the years have gone by, the color has faded and my eyes are almost a blue grey-ish color. Why did that happen? Is there any way to get my eyes back to the bright blue?Eye color changing / fading?

Okay, so I don't really have a strict eye color...they go from blue, to grey, to green, depending on my mood, what I wear, etc. I like that my eyes do that, but I do sometimes wish I could have a more definite eye color. Is there a term for that kind of eye color(s)?Eye color question?

In certain light or sunlight, or moods these eyes can in fact look like they change color. Also when in different moods your blood flow increases or decreases, opening pigment cells wider or smaller. That's one reason we blush when we are embarrassed we get rushes of blood to the skin and it reddens the cheeks by widening the capillaries. They are not changing color per-say, as they are just showing off the melanin differently in the light. Some brown eyes will turn a hazel or yellow color on occasion. I have Gray eyes, they are very gray with a hint of blue and green near the iris. In some pictures it looks like i have blue, and some I have hazel.
