they're not actually black they're just really dark.
my friend is filipino and one time when it was really bright out, her eyes were really brown/red. i thought it was cool!
Generally, Filipinos' eye colour ranges from light brown to black.

Light brown to dark brown, depending on her ancestry. Mine are dark brown :) (I'd like to have green ones though, haha, so mine would stand out amongst the sea of brown eyes)
mostly black,. but lots also have brownish eyes because of mixed races. lotsa filipinos aren't pure filipinos. .only in citizenship. makes them beautiful. =p
