Is it outdated to wear a light colored eye liner on your top eye lid?

I know it was in a couple years ago. Is it outdated now?Is it outdated to wear a light colored eye liner on your top eye lid?
not at all. but it depends alot of the type of eye color you have the liner color, the event you are wearing it to and if you are skilled at applying it.

i'm a licensed esthetician and make-up artist and for winter balls, outdoor winter events or just snowy days it works really well to wear a light color on the top lid that cordinates with your outfit and eye color.

but shiney white should only be applied on the lower inner lid .

take a good look at make up art magazines an you'll find great ways to use this look without it being dated. Is it outdated to wear a light colored eye liner on your top eye lid?
my friend does it and it looks terrible. i'd stick with black or navy blue .. grey if youre pale, but that's as light as id go for liner.
No, just like the ugg boots it came back!
Yes it is , dont do it!
its more about tropical colors. try a colblot blue, bright purple, or lime green. - so cute. SATY AWAY from the powder blue and silver. - yuck. and go timid on the rest of your makeup
No, its classy...unless you wear light blue (don't do that) and don't put so much on
Does it suit you?

That's really all that you should be worried about.

Are you wearing makeup to flatter your face and enhance your eyes, or just to follow the latest trend that may not suit you anyway?

I set trends all through High school, because I didn't copy people, yet made sure I always looked the best.

Ask yourself if you are a leader or a sheep?

When overals were in fashion, I would not be caught dead with a pair, because they were UGLY.

If it suits you - go for it. :)
i don't think so, as long as it isn't a horrible color lol you should be ok ;)
uhhh i dont se ppl doin that anymore.

they use black
I'd say so, yes.
Well..i usually were silver. Cuz that goes with mostly anything, and it doesnt stand out TOO much. It gives your face a little ';bing';, but it doesnt make you stand out. Kind of like a metallic silver?

The grey on this link is pretty good.
