Well I am not expert but I think navy, light blue, gold, sandy gold, orange, and browns would make them stand out. I usually get tips like that from make up websites. Just look on the websites below.
Usually people try a blue color to enhance the blue of their eyes. I use pink a lot as well. They have eye kits in like Mary Kay, Avon, or Wal-mart that ';enhance the color of your eyes.'; Wal-mart or even Target would probably be a good place to browse. You could also try navy blue Mascara.
i use ';earthscape'; quad eyeshadow collection from loreal... it work's really well when applied right. it tell's you how to blend the colors and where to put them right onthe package.. the color's do your eyes wonders. =]

Colors that have a strong metal feeling - sliver or gold. They really let blue stand out. I think Chanel has a eyeshadow kit (small) that only contains silver and gold.


Don't forget - you gotta use an eyeliner. Try liquid types. I'd suggest Maybelline.


Brush white shadow (only a little) on your eyelids. Make sue at the right end it connects with the silver/gold!

I read in a magazine that silver shadow is best for blue eyes and it really makes them stand out. Also, Almay has a line of makeup made just for people with blue eyes.

Brown, blue, gray or purple. Granted purple is not an everyday color for some people. I have blue eyes, very blue... not the crystal like light blue, but more like a navy blue. I use the Almay eyeshadows that are made for blue eyes and hazel eyes. They really do make my eye color pop.

brown makes blue eyes pop. other colors are all shades of blue like periwinkle navy and such. i dnt recomend using green, yellow, orange, or red. green can be used on blue eyes with certain skin tones, but has never looked great w/ my eyes. cool colors usually look best w/ blue eyes. i use denim blues from avon and love it. pink is also a color i use. strawberry fusge is my other eyecolor that i got from clinique. i love them both. brown is a major nesecity for girlies with blue eyes though. in shadow mascara and liner.
