Well he doesn't use sharingan thats for sure. He uses rin'negan. I think his eyes are red or orangish-red, or grey. Back to rin'negan it is a very powerful, although we haven't see what it can do yet, eye kekkai genkai, it looks like a spiral in the eye. We see Nagato of the rain village use it so its possible that he is pein.Whats peins official eye color? naruto question?
it's grey, and he isn't another sharingan user. he is a

rinnengan(sp?) user, it's the most powerful eye kekkai genkei(ep?)(bloodline limit). this was stated by jiraiya, but we don't yet know what it's powers are.

Actually, uh... I haven't seen any official artwork yet sorry ^^' but my hunch is that it's gonna be orangey reddish or something :)
