Hi guys im on the Polygonal Lasso Tool鈥檚 Options bar part but I cant find the options bar! Im using photoshop cs2 i need help so bad thankss!Photoshop question (changing eye color) 10 points!?

lasso or use the magic wand after you zoom into the eye....then click on image.....adjustments....and hue and saturation....and move the hue bar on the menu that comes up.....it's that easy and photoshop is a miracle program as far as I am concerned
